Eugo La Raviaz

The "Timekeeping Deity" who governs the order of time. He possesses the ability to stop or reverse the time of all events other than himself, and to restore his own body's time for recovery.

He appeared to correct the timeline to its rightful course after sensing that Anos used "Time Manipulation" to prevent Misha's disappearance, and fused with Ivis Necron to try to eliminate Anos. He accelerated the time of Anos's body with the "Scythe of the Time God" to make him disappear, but Anos immediately revived with "Resurrection" and inflicted irreparable damage with his Sword of Destruction, Venudonoa, leading to his demise while criticizing Anos as an "incompatibility that does not fit within the framework of providence."

In the past, after Anos had stolen the scythe and used its power against him, he became reluctant to bring out the scythe even when forcibly summoned.
