She is one of the heroines of the story, a young girl from a village. After losing her parents to illness at a young age, the persecution she faced in the village intensified, leading to her being offered as a sacrifice to the Demon Lord Greor. However, she was saved by Hakuto Kunai. Her eyes are heterochromatic, with her left eye hidden beneath her bangs. Aku refers to herself with the pronoun “Boku,” and her personality is pure and innocent. She addresses Hakuto Kunai as “Demon Lord” and adores him in a manner similar to a daughter toward her father. Due to the effects of the persecution she endured, Aku was dragging her right leg upon her first appearance, but this was completely healed thanks to Yū Kirino’s treatment.
Unlike Luna Elegant or Tron, as of episode 12 of the anime, Aku is an ordinary human without any special abilities. For this reason, in the manga adaptation, some of Kunai’s close aides, such as Yū Kirino and Isami Tahara, express doubts about why Hakuto Kunai favors Aku despite her lack of special powers.
