Rafinha "Rani" Bilford

A cousin of Inglis, the same age and childhood friend. Daughter of the Bilford ducal family. Possesses a high-grade rune of the Light Bow. She thinks Inglis and her brother Rafael are a perfect match and tries to bring them together whenever she gets the chance. She loves dressing up Inglis in various outfits, and Inglis enjoys it too.

She has a bright personality and is full of charm. A cute girl who would make people turn their heads if they passed her in town. She is serious and has a strong sense of justice, always acting in what she believes is the right way.
