Mai Maimaki

The vice-captain of the track and field team. She deeply respects Tsukushi, the team captain, to the extent that she even mimics her hairstyle, hair accessory colors, and manner of speech. Yōto describes her as "fox-like."

She has difficulty expressing her emotions openly and feels inferior about not being able to connect with her friends. However, she's actually considerate of her friends' feelings, as shown when she teamed up with Yōto and Azusa during a class trip because they were left out, or when she tried to mediate for Yōto when he was banned from participating in club activities. She loves pudding.

She initially treated Yōto harshly after he became close with Tsukushi as a provisional member, but she didn't genuinely hate him—in fact, she envied him for having friends who understood him even when he was labeled a "perverted prince." After understanding Yōto's struggles through an incident involving body swapping, they became close, and started calling each other by nicknames.

In reality, she has certain sexual preferences that even made Yōto flinch, often making bold comments and being a lingerie fetishist—at one point, she gives her underwear to Yōto and even confiscates all his underwear.

Additionally, she and Azusa were childhood friends, but they have forgotten each other due to losing contact.
