Suzuki is a former shy student from the real world who was summoned as a hero to another world. He was given a dangerous skill called "Absolute Obedience (Pet)," which let him control others. Abusing this power, he tried to take over a town but was eventually stopped and sent back to his world by Sensei. The most unique thing about Suzuki is how his painful past and sudden access to power made him turn into a cruel leader, but he was given a second chance at life.
Suzuki is a blond-haired boy, and he often stands out because of his striking hair color. He was usually seen in clothes that made him look cocky after getting his new powers.
Suzuki was once quiet and hesitant. People at school used to bully and order him around. After being summoned, the pressure and hurt he felt made him snap, and he became arrogant, mean, and violent when he gained his new powers. Still, inside, he carried a lot of pain from his past and didn’t really want to hurt others.
Suzuki lived as a student in the real world. He was timid and got bullied often. The bullies used him for their errands, treating him like a pet. This constant bullying made his life difficult and filled him with sadness. Even small events, like being harshly talked to by a businessman, hurt his feelings. Despite wanting to end his pain, he never found the courage to change things himself. His desire for escape and attention grew stronger before he was summoned to another world.
Suzuki’s special skill was called “Absolute Obedience (Pet).”
When he placed his hand on someone’s head, he could control their mind and make them follow his orders like a pet.
This skill worked not only on monsters but also on other beings, even elves and beast people.
However, if someone had strong willpower, they could resist and break free from the control.
This means his power was not truly unbeatable.
Arrival in Another World
Suzuki was selected by a mysterious truck and sent to the world of Zauberberg.
In this new place, he slowly learned to use his strange skill, “Absolute Obedience.”
But people in this world hated transferred people like him and treated him badly.
This reminded him of his sad past in the real world.
Suzuki’s Breaking Point
After being bullied and insulted again in Zauberberg, Suzuki finally lost his patience.
He used his skill on someone who hurt him, and this turned him into a more menacing person.
Now feeling powerful, he traveled to the city of Veil with his companion Kotaro, who acted and dressed like a rapper.
Taking Over Veil
Suzuki used his skill to control Annette and Tama, making them his servants.
He tried to take control of the whole city, burning buildings and scaring everyone.
He even fought against Isha, the bishop of Veil’s Zweiten Cathedral, and Sensei.
Many of his monster followers were defeated one by one.
Defeat and Redemption
As a last resort, Suzuki sent Annette against Sensei.
But Annette broke free from Suzuki’s control using her own strong will.
With his biggest power beaten, Suzuki fell into despair and tried to take his own life.
Sensei stopped him, and Suzuki talked about his sad past and why he acted the way he did.
Return to the Real World
Sensei chose to use his “Storyteller” skill to send Suzuki back home.
After returning, Suzuki started a part-time job at a convenience store.
Now, he didn’t look as gloomy as before and seemed to have a bit of hope for the future.
In the anime, there’s a scene where Suzuki can’t even talk back to a rude businessman, showing just how timid he was in his original world.
After coming back from Zauberberg, he worked in a convenience store and looked much more cheerful.
