Dmitri Fulchinkov

An episode titled "Cherry Corrida" included in "Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt THE WORST ALBUM" features a character who is a Russian-German porn cameraman. Despite having an enormous penis, he finds himself in the hopeless situation of never having been able to engage in sexual intercourse. Driven to despair by his frustration, he cuts off his own penis and consequently becomes a ghost. Night after night, he roams the city, cutting off men's penises and selling them on the black market as frankfurters, engaging in this dangerous behavior repeatedly. His true form is a gigantic penis equivalent in size to a twenty-story building, and when it is attacked, it causes a shocking explosion.
