Darsea is the younger sister of the 4th Sovereign, Kumyo Kyo, and the Sovereign of Memory and Oblivion. As a promise to her, Kumyo Kyo sealed the World-Ender within the Plane of Illusion. At some point after the Sundering, she died for unknown reasons; and following her death, a disease called "Oblivios" emerged, which causes memory loss.
