Shoan

The leader of the villainous group "Shoan," who repeatedly profited by using Mewi Freya as his pawn to pickpocket others. He has a large build and ties his long hair at the back. He is adorned with various magical artifacts, and according to Lucy Diamond, their total value could build a mansion. He is skilled in using magic and possesses ample combat ability for a villain. However, he is no match for Lucy Diamond and was, in fact, utterly defeated by her magic. Secretly, he received support from the Sphen Cult (led by Bishop Levius Salreone), and in the manga adaptation, he is later assassinated by Gyami's hand.
