A muscular man with a Mohawk, wearing a women's body harness over his naked body. He has a creepy face on his back, which emits a foul smell, becoming a complex for him. However, covering it causes it to fester, so he exposes it, and if someone sees his back, he attempts to kill them, calling it "instant death."

He behaves like a gentleman and has a deep love for his siblings. However, when he gets angry, his tone becomes rough.

He uses a technique called "Corrosive Decay Technique" where he splashes his own blood on the opponent, causing corrosion. His blood is toxic, and any object it touches corrodes immediately. In humans, it causes severe pain even if only a part is splashed, though it is not fatal unless the whole body is covered. However, since he uses his own blood, it is incompatible with Kugisaki's "Straw Doll Curse Technique," and if "resonance" occurs at the corroded area, it damages his heart. Also, this technique connects him with the third son, Chimimouryou, and the "resonance" damage through the blood affects both simultaneously.

After incarnating, he was asked by Mahito to retrieve Sukuna's fingers with Chimimouryou at Yasohashi Bridge, where they eventually died after a battle with Itadori and Kugisaki, having left the innate domain of a special grade cursed spirit at Yasohashi Bridge.
