This trauma transformed him into a ghost. He harbors deep hatred toward all underwear on Earth and was determined to eradicate it entirely.
His appearance is that of a tall, slender black figure standing about 2 meters high. Parts of his body and face are shaped in the silhouette of underwear. He always speaks politely and uses honorifics, maintaining a gentlemanly tone. He can run at speeds comparable to Secret Speed Star's top speed. During the "Lingerie Run," he would steal and consume the students' underwear.
Panty Anarchy and Stocking Anarchy were unable to attack him effectively due to their weapons malfunctioning. Taking advantage of this, he managed to consume both Panty’s panties and Stocking’s stockings and made his escape. However, near the finish line, Panty transformed Brief’s underwear into her shotgun, the "Back Lace," and shot him from behind, defeating him just before he could claim victory. Upon his defeat, they received two Heaven coins.
