Nene Ebina

Nana Ebina and Koichiro's mother. Her appearance is nearly identical to that of her daughter, Nana, including her ample bust. Like Nana, she ties her hair with shrimp-themed hair ties. She looks very young, to the point where Taihei mistook her for Nana's sister. She graduated from a university in Tokyo and had many fans during her student days. She constantly holds her hands sideways like a penguin. She is a skilled cook and once aspired to become a chef.

She opposed Nana's decision to attend high school in Tokyo, believing that they couldn't live in the city, but she agreed with the opinion that finding her brother might help her discover what she wants to do.

In "Himouto! Umaru-chan," she makes another trip to Tokyo to attend a three-way meeting at Araidata High School.

Initially, her character design differed in Volume 2 of the original work and "Akita Imouto," but when she reappeared in the original work, her design matched that from "Akita Imouto."
