Sarissa Alfeld

An advanced mage who serves as Elfaria’s adjutant in the ice faction. He was once very close to becoming the faction's next ascendant, and before Elfaria appeared, he was the leading candidate for the Ice Princess’s staff. After his dreams were shattered, he seemed to have harbored resentment towards Elfaria for a time, but now he has settled into the role of her right-hand man. In practice, he manages the faction in place of the indolent Elfaria, taking on a lot of the burden. Throughout the story, he frequently makes sharp remarks at Elfaria and treats her quite roughly.
