Bill is a male second-year high school student who is cheerful, energetic, and something of a show-off, yet possesses a strong sense of pride as a carnivore. While he is skilled at getting by in society—such as showing respect to senior animals—he also openly expresses dissatisfaction with the current inability to hunt freely. This is evident in his actions, such as obtaining rabbit blood through delinquent upperclassmen and willingly purchasing herbivore meat at the Black Market, thus displaying words and deeds that affirm his hunting instincts and carnivorous impulses. Furthermore, when Louis’s background is revealed, Bill goes so far as to threaten him, revealing his ambitious nature.

Because of this, Bill often clashes with Legoshi, whose beliefs are the complete opposite of his own. However, when Legoshi drops out of school and starts living on his own, Bill—along with Aoba and others—visits him, showing a certain degree of friendship. Bill also cares deeply for his fellow club members who are herbivores, especially Els, to whom he often talks, and during the Shishigumi attack, he is the first to check on her safety, demonstrating his compassionate side toward friends.

After Riz is arrested and Louis returns to school, Bill is appointed as the next club president by Louis, which makes him an even more closely watched figure in terms of his future actions.
