Greenberg (グリーンバーグ, Gurīnbāgu) is a tertiary character mentioned in the second part of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series, Battle Tendency. He is also a posthumous tertiary ally in El Aleph.
He is a successful screenwriter in Hollywood and the second husband of Lisa Lisa, making him Joseph Joestar's step-father.
In the light novel El Aleph, Greenberg is a large, middle aged man over 50 years old when he marries Lisa Lisa. Little is known about his appearance otherwise.
Greenberg is a talented and dedicated man, experienced at his craft to the point of being a featured screenwriter in Hollywood. His personality is mostly unknown, as he is only mentioned in Battle Tendency and El Aleph.
El Aleph
Greenberg is cherished by Lisa Lisa and described to be a warm person, comparable to a bathtub filled with warm water. After falling ill, he becomes so weak that he spends the rest of his days bedridden, needing to be taken care of by his wife. Every night, Greenberg's weak coughs and sobs can be heard by Lisa Lisa.
Battle Tendency
Several years after the events of Battle Tendency, Greenberg and Lisa Lisa meet and eventually marry in 1948 when she is 60 years old.
