Akito's Father (アキトの父 Akito no Chichi) is a minor character appearing only in a flashback in Code Geass: Akito the Exiled. He was the lover of Akito and Shin's mother, as well as the biological father of Akito Hyuga.
At some point, he became romantically involved with the wife of the Hyuga clan's head, who was also the mother of Shin Hyuga. From this relationship, Akito Hyuga was born. He was present shortly after the birth, during Akito's presentation to the Hyuga clan and their retainers, at which a young Shin recognized him at first glance as Akito's true father. Some time later, Shin's father, having discovered his wife's extramarital affair, killed the man with his own hands in front of her.
