A crocodile-looking monster that awakens from its slumber in the Tōgō Mountain regions. Hikari managed to destroy it without resorting to summoning Ultraman Joneus, but its cells regenerate into a baby monster who then tricks a child into adopting it.
• From a Single Cell: The cells of a deceased Wanigodon can detach itself into baby Wanigodons, one which ends up being collected by a child named Takashi.
• Mythology Gag: This isn't the first time a baby monster with hostile intent tricks a human child into adopting it as a pet, suckers off some poor kid's kindness as it grows in power, and later reveals its monster form to attack humans. It's actually the fifth. (Exhibit A: Kingstron. Exhibit B: Sabotendar. Exhibit C: Mottokureron. Exhibit D: Absorba.)
• Never Smile at a Crocodile: A crocodilian kaiju that goes on a rampage after awakening in the mountains.
• There Is Another: The first Wanigodon is quickly put down by Hikari early in the episode, but later on a second Wanigodon — a baby called Pero — tricks itself into becoming a boy's pet, before growing to kaiju size for a rematch.
