Cedar Pollen Allergen

The protein contained in cedar pollen is generally harmless to humans, but excessive immune reactions can cause allergies, resulting in cedar pollen allergy (Japanese cedar pollinosis). In episode 2, this allergen is depicted as a semi-humanoid, gel-like life form with a face resembling a clay figure (haniwa), and it utters a cry of "Sugi~". Although this organism is large, it is not hostile and merely wanders inside the body. However, in the story, it is treated as the cause of trouble and is destined to be eliminated by immune cells.
