Sara Shane

Sara Shane is the composer and lead vocalist of the post-rock band "ZHIEND," of whom Nao Tomori and her brother Kazuki Tomori are big fans. She is a foreign woman with long red hair and speaks fluent Japanese due to her past success in Japan. After losing her eyesight later in life, she became highly skilled at sensing people's mental states through their voices or breathing. She has a big-sisterly personality and is full of compassion for others.

She happened to meet Yuu Otosaka the day before a live performance in Japan, and they quickly bonded. Although she once dreamed of being the frontwoman of a band, and despite her late debut which she jokingly calls "cheating," she became a superstar but eventually settled for being the frontwoman of a small band. Later, at Yuu Otosaka's request, she visited Kazuki Tomori in his hospital room and sang for him, which partially restored his sanity.
