The Master of "Angel Coffee," where Gabriel White Tenma works, is a man with an extremely gentle personality. He mistakenly believes Gabriel to be a foreigner and sometimes misinterprets her unique customer service style, ending up praising her for it. He is also considerate toward Vignette April Tsukinose, even sincerely listening to her wish to commit mischief, misunderstanding her intentions but still being kind to her. He takes pride in the calm and peaceful atmosphere of his shop.
During his time working for a trading company, he encountered special coffee beans in Brazil and became fascinated by coffee. As a result, he quit his company job to open his own café. The blended coffee he has pursued for 20 years is his pride, but its appeal is lost on Gabriel White Tenma, and Satanichia McDowell Kurumizawa once commented it tasted terrible because it had cooled down. However, Vignette April Tsukinose praised his coffee highly, and he was so moved that he cried.
In fact, he was once known as someone with a presence referred to as the "eternal, unfading Buddha face." His hair is actually his natural hair. In the anime adaptation, he is also depicted as the owner of the apartment building where Satanichia McDowell Kurumizawa lives. Despite the building having a no-pets policy, Gabriel White Tenma negotiated with him, promising to take on more shifts, and he allowed her to keep a pet.
