Venus Akeboshi is a main character in Relayer. A Starchild with the will of Venus and the granddaughter of the Asterism's Maintenance Director, Genjiro Akeboshi, Venus is a skilled mechanic who works in the Maintenance Department under her grandfather, assisting the crew as mechanic and shop keeper.
Eventually, with permission from her grandfather, Venus eventually joins her fellow Starchildren om the front lines in the battle against the Relayers.
Her Personal Steller Gear is Amatsu-Mikaboshi, a Sniper Type Gear.
Venus is a young woman with blonde hair with a small ponytail toed near the left side of her head and has brown eyes. She also wears a pair of goggles onnher head.
As a member of the Maintenance Department, Venus wears the Maintenance Department Jumpsuit, which is gray in color with black heightlights around the shoulder area, white work gloves and black shoes. The right pant leg is raised up slightly and she has her jumpsuit zipped down, letting it hang off her right shoulder and she wears a navy blue tanktop underneath.
Once officially joining the Asterism's front lines, Venus wears the female Asterism Uniform with the tie and inside of the jacket being yellow and wears thigh high stockings on her uniform.
