FHK's Director. Real name unknown. Has a strong interest in UFOs, the occult, and other mysterious phenomena, but no interest in ordinary women. Though an eccentric with incredible drive to seek out the mysterious, they are reliable in critical moments. Refers to Shibaki as "Shibaraku" and wants to appoint him as the next director.
