Kanami has long hair tied into a single braid and vivid blue eyes.

She usually wears a mostly white, stylish outfit that shows her belly.

Her costume is the same for both her old and new characters.

Her image color is orange.

Kanami is older than Shiroe but acts extremely free-spirited and optimistic.

She calls herself a "dreamer" and describes Shiroe as the one who "makes dreams come true."

She loves adventure, laughs a lot, and never seems to worry about the little things.

She is known to stir up her friends and sometimes causes chaos, but everyone is drawn to her lively spirit.

Kanami treats people equally, no matter if they are player characters, NPCs, or even AI.

Kanami was the leader of the powerful group "The Tea Party of the Wanderers."

Her main job used to be Swashbuckler, but after restarting on the Western European server, she became a Monk with Cooking as a sub-class.

She lived in Japan but moved to Rome for her husband’s work, which led to her quitting the game and causing the Tea Party’s breakup.

Now, she plays under the name "KANAMI" and joined the game again when her real life became settled.

She was caught in the "Catastrophe" right after returning and started to travel east aiming for the Japan server.

Kanami fights as a Monk and is level 90.

Though her current equipment is ordinary, she discovered a special technique called "Compression Combo."

This lets her link different skills using her body, not just game commands.

She can make powerful combos that would be impossible in the original game.

Even as a tank, her damage can rival top assassins because of this technique.

• Giant Slayer Gauntlets: Crafting-grade fighting weapons made from special quest materials. These are strong, especially against giants, and greatly valued among players.
• Flower Mantis Battle Garb: A legendary cloth armor, made especially for a fairy princess dreaming of being a Monk. It looks elegant in white and pale pink, and is built for offense and speed.
• Tamahagane Skillet: A heavy, crafting-grade iron frying pan made by a famous swordsmith for fun. It never burns food and can be a deadly weapon if needed. Great for adventurers who also love to cook.

Kanami used to know Shiroe and Naotsugu in real life, and often hung out with them outside the game.

She has a young daughter (3 years old) and is married—her move to Rome was because of her husband’s job.

She travels with many new friends: Leonardo the Assassin, Elias Hackblade (an Ancient), and Coppelia (an AI healer).

The Breakup of the Tea Party

Kanami was the lively leader of "The Tea Party of the Wanderers," a famous player group.

She decided to leave the group and quit the game because she had to move with her family overseas.

Afterward, the Tea Party broke up, but her old friends like Shiroe and Naotsugu remember her fondly.

Return in the Catastrophe

Kanami created a new character on the Western European server after settling in Rome.

She was caught in the "Catastrophe," which trapped players in the game world.

Determined, she began a journey from Europe toward the Japan server, picking up allies along the way.

Friendships and Crazy Adventures

During her travels, Kanami met Leonardo the Assassin, Elias Hackblade (Ancient race), and the AI healer Coppelia.

She treats everyone kindly, regardless of their background.

On her way, she even bought a new house but had to renovate it after goblins wrecked it.

A Mother’s Dream

Later in the journey, Kanami reaches the edge of the Chinese server and finds a broadcasting station.

She connects with Shiroe, who is in Shibuya, and shares her wish to find a way to travel between the real world and Elder Tale for her daughter’s sake.

Shiroe promises to make this her "quest," and Kanami hopes to show her daughter the new world she has explored.

Kanami is famous for always creating fun and sometimes wild stories wherever she goes.

She is both a noisy troublesome friend and a popular, beloved character with a contagious smile.

Some players compare her wild, trouble-making fun to Drill-chan, another popular character known for being chaotic.
