He is one of the Four Heavenly Kings of SSC and possesses the ability to create a "cyberspace." In the past, he aspired to become a professional gamer and worked hard to spread the greatness of games, but after being misunderstood and falling into despair, he joined SSC. He lures the Otaku Hero, magical girls, and others heading to Akiba into his own space, where he becomes interested in fighting Otaku Hero. He attempts to brainwash Anarchy but ends up having his self-made space destroyed instead. His fate after the collapse is unknown.
