A 15-year-old girl with reddish-brown hair, Tsubame Ouse is a first-year high school student from Shizuoka Prefecture, born on June 7, 2000. She stands 157 centimeters tall and is a huge fan of FreyMENOW. One day, she decides to travel to Tokyo to attend a live concert, where she encounters a phenomenon and is subsequently scouted by the Trinary.
During junior high school, Tsubame suffered from a hereditary illness that forced her to spend a prolonged period hospitalized. This illness, which she inherited from her mother, caused her frequent severe headaches, but she managed to recover after undergoing brain surgery two years prior. Although she had once hovered between life and death, the music of FreyMENOW gave her the strength she needed to overcome her hardships.
Tsubame worries about her mother, who is currently hospitalized. The day before the concert, she considered missing the event due to her mother's deteriorating health. However, with her father's encouragement, she resolved to attend the live show. In combat, she fights using martial arts alone, with red as her personal color. In the real world, she is known as the "Saint" and is being taught to help transform a devastated society into an ideal world.
