Kyoshiro Jimon

Kyoshiro Jimon is usually seen dressed in clothes that fit his powerful position as governor and military leader.

He is a smoker and always has a cigar, and the area around him often fills with black smoke, making him look very cool and strict, almost like a movie character.

Kyoshiro is extremely strict and takes his job more seriously than his family.

He believes in order and will go to extreme lengths to get what he wants, even using force.

Because of his harsh and cold behavior, his son Asuta dislikes him and calls him a "small man who tries to push his own ideas on his family."

Still, he does have a loving side, as he keeps many family photos in his office.

However, if anyone—including his own son—stands in his way, he will not hesitate to get rid of them.

Kyoshiro Jimon is the governor of Tokyo and has the highest authority in the Tokyo Metropolitan Special Assault Force.

He has always paid close attention to the activity of Zvezda in West Udo River City and has worked with other organizations like White Light to fight them.

When Zvezda’s attacks became more dangerous, he decided to take serious action.

Kyoshiro is no longer fully human.

He has become an agent of the group Kate Hoshimiya (Venera) is fighting against, called "Them."

Because of this, he can create strong barriers and blow out black smoke that weakens Yudo energy and even changes people, like turning Yasubee "Yasu" Morozumi into a strange form.

His appearance can also change, showing that he has passed beyond human limits.

• Asuta Jimon: His son. They have a strained relationship because Kyoshiro puts his job over his family.
• Kate Hoshimiya: His main enemy. He tries to defeat her and her group, Zvezda.
• White Light: He works with White Light and is called "Your Excellency" by Kaori Hayabusa (White Falcon). But White Light does not really like the way he does things.
• Other Zvezda members: He targets Roboko, Goro Shikabane, Natalia "Natasha" Vasylchenko, and tries to capture them during his campaign.

Watching Zvezda and Making Alliances

Kyoshiro always paid attention to Zvezda’s activities in West Udo River City.

He worked with White Light and other groups to gain information and build alliances, getting ready for bigger moves.

Declaring War on Zvezda

When Zvezda’s actions became a serious problem, Kyoshiro decided to step in directly.

He added White Light to the special assault force and started using military power to hunt down Zvezda’s bases, one by one.

He nearly destroyed Zvezda and managed to capture most of their main members, like Roboko and Natasha.

Trying to Take Over West Udo River City

After gaining the upper hand, Kyoshiro planned to merge the neutral city, West Udo River City, into Tokyo and call it "Tokyo DC."

He set up a signing ceremony to make this official, hoping to lure out Kate Hoshimiya and Itsuka Shikabane and get rid of them.

The Final Battle

During the ceremony, Kate and Itsuka arrived, and Kyoshiro tried to eliminate them.

Natasha joined the fight, bringing Kuru Kuru, which shook up the plan.

Kyoshiro used "Tokyo de Yasu," the anti-terror mascot changed by the power of his black smoke, to continue his attack.

But thanks to mistakes by Yasubee "Yasu" Morozumi and the comeback of Roboko with the holy item Garakuchika, things turned against him.

The Zvezda team united to push back, including their allies in White Light.

Kyoshiro then piloted the transformed Tokyo de Yasu and fought Kate for the final time.

In the end, Kate used the power of conquest and defeated him.

Aftermath

Even after Tokyo was conquered, Kyoshiro did not give up and continued to work hard for his own goals.
