Turbo-Granny

Introduced in Episode 1, Ken first encounters this yokai, modeled after an urban legend of the same name. Known also by various names such as "100 Kilo Granny," it is a modern yokai and extremely powerful. It is said that if you lose a race against it, you will be cursed, and in a panic, Ken runs away, leading to his manhood being stolen and cursed by it.

As its name suggests, its most notable feature is its incredible speed, but like other powerful yokai, it also possesses great physical strength and the ability to transform itself. Additionally, as mentioned, it is skilled in cursing, capable of spreading curses through those it has cursed, making it a very dangerous entity. Provoked by Momo, it engages in a challenge to retrieve its manhood, employing local earthbound and floating spirits to corner Momo and Ken. However, they manage to drag it along with a train to their hometown, where Seiko repels it using her barrier techniques.

Though it seemed to have vanished, it narrowly survives by possessing Ken, with Seiko sealing its consciousness into a beckoning cat while leaving its power within Ken. Having lost its "jewels" during the previous challenge, it agrees to cooperate with Momo and the others in exchange for its power. Though it has lost its power as Turbo-Granny, it now gains the ability to create advantageous situations for Momo and the others as a beckoning cat.
