He previously served as an educator to Millavair Lou Nebulis VIII.

He is taken as a prisoner to Hydra’s research facility known as “Snow and Sun.”

At “Snow and Sun,” Shuvalts is confined as a hostage and potential research asset.

His capture temporarily deprives Sisbell of one of her most reliable subordinates.

During an attack on the research institute by Salinger, Shuvalts’s fate takes an unexpected turn.

Salinger, partly as a way to spite Hydra, releases Shuvalts from captivity and allows him to escape.

After his release, Shuvalts returns to the Lou family.

He reports directly to Queen Elletear Lou Nebulis IX and explains the full chain of events surrounding his disappearance and Sisbell’s situation.

With Rin Vispose heading into the Empire to rescue Sisbell, Shuvalts takes on a new responsibility.

He becomes the assistant and support to Aliceliese Lou Nebulis IX, helping her manage affairs in Rin’s absence.

Through communications between Aliceliese and Sisbell, Shuvalts learns about Iska’s ongoing cooperation with Sisbell within the Empire.

This revelation reshapes his view of Imperial soldiers, showing him that even enemies can act with honor and loyalty.
