A prominent noble merchant from Minami, who came to Akiba during the "Scale Festival" on a new type of spirit ship. His face is adorned with white makeup, and in the anime version, his eyes are always open. He has a high sense of pride and extremely dislikes being touched by adventurers. He also has adventurer bodyguards. He loaded a large amount of cargo onto the spirit ship and tried to impose unreasonable demands on Raynesia regarding this, but the situation was resolved by the appearance of Shiroe, Krusty, and Michitaka, who made him retreat from the scene, leaving Akiba with a bitter feeling. In the third season of the anime, he reappeared as an envoy of the Nishimiya family.
