Driscoll Berci

A muscular, intimidating, and large male Quincy with a black beard. His catchphrase is "It's tough." He is quite confident but also somewhat shallow, and while he may seem rough, he also has polite aspects. He stole and used Jūshirō Ukitake's Bankai, "Sōgyo no Kotowari," and was the person responsible for killing him. During the declaration of war on Soul Society, he appeared at the Seireitei's Shijō Gate as a diversion, where he killed over 100 Shinigami, including Ukitake, by himself. In his first invasion, he confronted Izuru Kira and overwhelmed him with his power (having killed over 100 people since Ukitake's death), pushing him into a corner. However, he was quickly incinerated and killed by former Captain Shunsui Kyōraku after using Ukitake's Bankai incorrectly, which enraged Kyōraku.

Ability "The Overkill"

With the letter "O," this ability allows him to continuously kill enemies and allies alike, thereby increasing his own strength.

His strength becomes so great that after killing over 100 people, Jūshirō Ukitake could no longer match him, and after over 200, neither could Izuru Kira.

Technique "Heilig Pfeil"

By striking with devices fitted over his hands similar to brass knuckles, he forms a giant spear-like arrow which he then throws like a javelin.
