Nephelia is one of the few elves who still have pure high-elf blood.

High elves are almost extinct because of mixing with other races.

She was called a "cursed child" by her village because she had strange magic powers that even included talking to nature and raising the dead.

Other elves feared and avoided her for this reason.

Nephelia has strong magical skills that are called "forbidden magic" among elves.

She can control nature, talk to it, and even bring the dead to life.

Her power is so great that the Demon King Bifrons called her a true high elf.

She started using even stronger magic after seeing another person use a powerful spell in battle.

Nephelia was almost made a slave to the former Demon King, Marochias, but he died before that happened.

She was later put up for sale at a dark auction.

Zagan, the story's main character, saw her there and decided to buy her.

She and Zagan become very close, and she chooses to be with him by her own will.

When Zagan becomes the new Demon King, Nephelia chooses to stay with him, not as a slave, but as his partner and wife.
