EditThe mastermind of this work. The leader of the dark organization of the same name. First appeared in Episode 39.
He is the creator of the artificial human Cell, and the biological father of the "Devil Quintuplets." Within the organization, he acts as a father, hence Cell, Domina, Epidem, and Delizasta call him "Father," and Duum calls him "Dad." He is also the biological father of Mash, but he only sees him as a tool and is fixated on him, despite considering Mash, who was born with magical dysfunction, a failure.
