Kokorowa-hime

The goddess in charge of wheels and inventions, and Sakuna's best friend. She has a gentle personality. In fact, she writes under the pen name "Oborozuki Koushi" and has published 1200 volumes of "Unrequited Love Story," but Sakuna-hime is unaware of it.

She envies Sakuna for her noble lineage and unrestrained personality, which she lacks, and felt heartache being called a best friend. When Sakuna was deposed, she took over the vacant position and began to be heavily relied upon by Kamihitsuki, but as the rice Sakuna produced became extremely popular in the supreme world, she feared that her position would be taken back. Taking advantage of this, other gods who disliked Sakuna's success manipulated her into sabotaging Sakuna by repackaging the rice Sakuna made and selling it under a different brand. However, moved by Sakuna coming to the capital to admonish her even at the risk of breaking imperial commands, and arguing with Kamihitsuki on her behalf, she mended their friendship and truly became best friends. Afterwards, she started visiting Hinoshima Island, offering her wisdom for Sakuna's troubles and the development of agricultural tools.
