A member of Claw's executive staff, he is an esper with the ability to manipulate illusions. Using this power, he is responsible for brainwashing other espers through fear. During the branch battle, he cast an illusion on Shigeo Kageyama, but Shigeo's intense emotion of "rejection" repelled the illusion, resulting in both of them losing consciousness.
After the 7th Branch was disbanded, he, like the other executives, became a target for expulsion and elimination.
