Son Kihoon

Kihoon is an athletic young man with spiky black hair and a friendly face. In his first appearance, he wore a suit of gray armor with brass highlights, a blue midsection, and a long purple cape with white designs. He also wielded a long gold trimmed and gray tower shield and a one handed longsword decorated with a gold guard and pommel in battle.

Kihoon comes off as both amicable and responsible and aspires to get a promotion within his guild as the official leader of his guild's second strike team. He can also be cunning, as demonstrated when he complied with the high orcs so that he could get a shot at killing their leader. Kihoon was also shown to be strong willed as he was the only one of his strike team who charged at Kargalgan, despite being frightened.

Hunters Guild Gate Arc

On his first day as the unofficial head of his guild's second strike squad, the squad's porter failed to show up, prompting Kihoon to ask the mining and hauling teams for a volunteer. Jinwoo ultimately agreed to go when nobody else was willing and with that, Kihoon led his squad through the gate. As soon as they arrive, the strike squad was attacked by some dungeon jackals which surprised Han Semi as she knew that Dungeon Jackals were c rank monsters, however the bigger threat came when High Orcs came to attack them with the strike squad which the strike squad managed to barely overcome with Jinwoo’s silent intervention, Kihoon proposed they head out of the cave so that they could get more firepower from the Guild Master and Vice Guildmaster, however before they could, the gate was blocked with no way to get out and surrounded by High Orcs, so Son Kihoon proposed a surrender so they can take out the boss or die trying to buy Jinwoo time to escape. When arriving into the dungeon, Kihoon and his guild member was scared out of their wits end of the magic aura the guild boss and Orc king/Shaman Kargalgan possessed however despite his fear, Son Kihoon charged forward and attempted to assassinate Kargalgan however before he could, Kargalgan stopped it with a energy shield before using his telekinesis to pulverize him and nearly kill him before Jinwoo saved him and fought Kargalgan and his large orc army while Han Semi healed Kihoon of his injuries and luckily surviving. After the raid, Son Kihoon personally thanked Jinwoo for his help.

Double Dungeon Arc

Son Kihoon was one of the Hunter Guild Members who went on the Double Dungeon raid to help Jinwoo and barely made it out alive in that battle due to the Architects’ massive power and skill in combat.

Final Battle Arc

Kihoon was one of the many hunters who choose to fight against the many monster that the Monarch have brought to destroy the world.

Epilogue

Kihoon whilst fighting the Monarchs monsters in the streets, witnessed the brilliant light of the Rulers activation of the Cup of Reincarnation. As the light engulfed the world, time rewound ten years prior before the appearance of the Gates on Earth.

In the new timeline Kihoon lost all her memories as a Hunter and works as an office worker of his former Guildmaster.

As a A-Rank Hunter and the commander of the Hunter Guild's second strike squad, Kihoon is obviously one of the top hunters in his guild. However, he is utterly useless in the face of greater power such as Kargalgan and the Architect's statue.

• Enhanced Strength: Kihoon was able to fight evenly against a high orc.

• Enhanced Speed: Kihoon was fast enough to react accordingly at the sight of a massive javelin hurled at him.

• Enhanced Durability: Kihoon was able to take a direct hit from a high orc's javelin without suffering any visible damage, albeit at the cost of his shield, and survive the brutal effects of Kargalgan's gravitational magic, albeit with severe injuries.

• Swordsmanship: Kihoon is shown to be a decent swordsman, being able to hold his own with several high orcs and kill them and was able to easily cut a High Orc in half with his longsword. However it was not enough to land a blow on Kargalagan due to his powerful magic.
