A character resembling an ordinary citizen, distinguished by a T-shirt with the word "Cell" written on it. He is responsible for receiving oxygen and nutrients from Erythrocyte and for repeatedly undergoing cell division. In the story, he lives in an apartment complex and works cultivating his own copies in culture tanks. If he does not receive oxygen from Erythrocyte, there is a risk of dying from anoxia, and in episode 11, he experiences a life-threatening crisis during a hemorrhagic shock episode.
As a General Cell in the pharynx, he is voiced by Yusuke Kobayashi. He appears in episode 11, and although there is nothing particularly special about him, he has complex feelings toward immune cells due to having lost his original self at the hands of Neutrophil in the past. From episodes 20 to 25, he acts in place of Erythrocyte, working together with White Blood Cell U-1146, and plays an active role similar to a protagonist.
He is one of the many General Cells who represent ordinary citizens. In the main series, only male versions appear, but in this context, there are also versions depicted as older women. He holds dissatisfaction about the worsening internal body environment due to the host's chronic lack of sleep and exercise, and in episode 8, he explodes in frustration over these issues.
