The sixth-ranked race among the sixteen races, she is a 6407-year-old girl of the Flugel race. She is the final individual (Closed Number) created by the War God Artosh during the Great War. According to Sora, she has an "abnormal thirst for knowledge." She opposed the book-sharing law bill, which aimed to eliminate duplicate books, but the vote ended in a 4-4 tie, and the All-Wing Proxy, who had the final decision, approved it. As a result, she left her homeland alone and took over the Elkia National Library through a game with the previous king.

Later, she lost to 'Blank' in a game of materialization shiritori in the Elkia Library and became their possession. Since then, she has called them "Master." Although she was one of the "Eighteen Wing Council," she was removed from her seat after becoming Sora and Shiro's possession (though her influence remains). She deifies Sora, worshiping him as a replacement for the deceased god. She is merciless to her enemies but kind and considerate to her allies. She gained knowledge of the unknown world (Sora and Shiro's world) from a tablet PC and demonstrated impressive gun handling in a game against the Eastern Union, showing her flexible thinking. However, she also has a very hot-blooded personality. Although the direct use of power is generally prohibited by the "Ten Pledges," her combat ability is extremely high, capable of splitting the sea with 5% of her full power and evaporating it with 100%. She has also defeated higher-ranked beings like the Phantasma, Dragonia, and Gigant individually (though she has countless defeats behind her victories and started keeping a diary to pass the time during repairs).

During the Great War, she repeatedly took actions not seen in other Flugel, such as attacking Artosh and criticizing him when he visited her after she defeated a Dragonia. She openly declared that she would one day defeat Artosh (causing several Flugel to faint), but Artosh was defeated during her repair process, leaving her attempt unfinished.

After the war, as mentioned above, she participated in the country-conquering game with 'Blank' after her defeat. However, her original specs were so absurd (like taking two steps to cover 100 meters) that she often faced unfortunate situations, such as forgetting she couldn't use magic in the Warbeast battle, failing to close the teleportation hole during Sora and the Ex-Machina's chess match escape, and being unable to participate in the Dwarf battle due to her excessive spirit capacity.

Nevertheless, she has made significant contributions by leveraging her vast knowledge and magical abilities. In the battle against the Flugel, she persuaded Azril and made several Flugel refer to Sora and Shiro as "our masters not far from us." In the battle against the Seiren, she exposed lies during pre-game negotiations and recreated the B route of DOD, among other notable achievements.

Since losing to 'Blank,' she has been writing a diary from the Great War, which is distributed among the Flugel as a holy text, though its penetration rate is not high. In the battle against the Old Deus, she realized that her memories were erased every time she rolled the dice and feared what would happen when the dice ran out. Despite being a "weapon," she felt fear and was terrified of "someone else acting like her."

In the same game, she reflected on how she ruined what should have been an enjoyable experience and challenged 'Blank' to a game recreating the Great War from 6000 years ago, showing its horrors to Izuna, Steph, and 'Blank,' who were unaware of the war. This contributed to her achievements in the later Ex-Machina battle.
