He possesses extraordinary combat skills and can wield magic that surpasses the understanding of Touya Mochizuki and his companions. He hunts and defeats the Fraze and occasionally provides information to Touya Mochizuki. His real name is Endymion, and he refers to himself as a “Wanderer” or an “Otherworld Traveler.” He comes from a world of higher rank than the one where Touya Mochizuki lives and has the ability to travel between different worlds.

His personal mecha is a high-mobility Frame Gear called “Dragoon,” which he received from Touya Mochizuki as a reward for information regarding the Fraze. The original color scheme was "red," but it was later upgraded to a new model that doesn’t require ether liquid refueling and customized to "monotone" to match his attire.

Eand was defeated by the Retort Siblings, and afterwards, when he tried to steal a sacred treasure from another world, he fought Touya Mochizuki and lost his memories, then was transferred to the Underworld. As a result, he was brainwashed by the Elder Council Chairman of the Trihalan Divine Empire and came into conflict with Touya Mochizuki. Later, he was captured by Touya Mochizuki and imprisoned within the non-attribute magic [Prison]. He was then taken to Mel.
