Tenryu Kiyomiya

The student council president of Shiritsu Asunaro High School and the older brother of Ryouka Kiyomiya, who is in the same class as Nico. Since childhood, he was taught to follow the royal path and learned the ways of an emperor, resulting in him only being able to love royal developments and characters. He has modified his uniform to resemble a military outfit and tries to act like a charismatic character, but his vocabulary for lines is limited. His right hand is attached to his hat, and he constantly holds the brim with his hand.

The student council members are all chosen based on his personal preferences, prioritizing character over work ability and selecting them arbitrarily. As a result, he takes on all the miscellaneous tasks alone to cover for the student council members who can hardly do their jobs. However, his sense of responsibility towards his duties is genuine, and he possesses a broad perspective, memorizing the personal information of each student in addition to his high practical skills.

He is particularly interested in Morihito as a candidate for the "cool, obedient martial arts character" that the current student council lacks, and he persistently tries to recruit him through forceful scouting, but is rejected each time. On the other hand, he also wishes for Morihito, who is indifferent to others, to broaden his perspective.
