Himiko is the Main Deuteragonist of Relayer. She is the Starchild of the Constellation she is named after. An important pilot aboard the Asterism, fittingly called "The First Star", she plays a major role in locating other Starchildren in an effort to protect the universe and defeat the Relayers.
Her personal Steller Gears are Tenmu and later, The Original One, both of which are Sniper Type Gears.
Himiko is a young woman with pale blue eyes and reddish brown hair tied into a right side ponytail.
Himiko primarily wears the female Asterism Uniform with the tie and inside of the jacket being red in color while wearing full leggings.
She also carries a pair of reading glasses that she wears to take on a teacher role as shown when teaching Terra about the universe regarding Relayers, GY Particles and Starchildren.
When she and Observer were rescuing Terra from Grayson, Himiko wears a replica of Media's uniform, only it is grey in color instead of black and lacks the Asterism Uniform's jacket while also wearing her reading glasses.
Himiko is one of two playable characters to use two Steller Gears, the other being Luna. Interestingly, Himiko begins with Tenmu before switching to the Original One while Luna, after losing her Dark Gear against Terra, starts off with the Original One before switching to Selene.
