Hiroshi Yabe

The Prime Minister of Japan is aware of the existence of espers and, with government authorization, employs them as his personal bodyguards. He was abducted by Ryo Shimazaki, a powerful esper from the Ultimate 5, and was held captive in the Seasoning Cultural Tower, but was released following Katsuya Serizawa’s decision. After the "Claw" terrorist attack, since the true nature of these destructive phenomena could not be clarified, the government decided to maintain its policy of not disclosing the existence of psychic powers to the public.
