A blacksmith. He is an apprentice of Beryl Gardinant and, although already middle-aged, is a contemporary of Curuni Crueciel and Ficelle Harbeller. During his blacksmith training, he also attended a dojo to learn swordsmanship techniques. At the request of Surena Lysandra, he forges a new sword for Beryl Gardinant. Even when he was at the dojo, he was considering how far Beryl Gardinant could go if he wielded a sword worthy of his skill, and, prompted by Surena Lysandra’s request, he forges a sword for Beryl Gardinant using materials from a named monster.
His skills as a blacksmith are highly advanced; simply by shaking hands, he can sense the tendencies of another’s sword and even their physical condition. In the manga adaptation, he is depicted as able to see distinct images that differ depending on the swordsman.
