Inside the prison where he is incarcerated, there is a young second-generation boss who sells information and airships as commodities. The payment he demands is based on the lifetime earnings of the buyer, so there are both expensive and cheap clients. In reality, he is not actually apprehended, but is running a business through a deal with Jirotarou Takanosu, the Superintendent General of Police. He has been provided with a communication device allowing him to contact Jirotarou immediately. He is a former right-hand man or partner of the intermediary KATASHIRO in Akihabara, and is known as Amagase.
