Kihee Owner is the older brother of Naotsugu Miura. He is now the proprietor of the soba noodle shop, Kihee.

After wandering into a mystical barrier crafted by Ofū, Kihee Owner encountered her inside this mysterious realm. Ofū spent her days closed off from reality, endlessly reliving memories of her past. Feeling compelled to help her, Kihee Owner chose not to ignore her plight.

He decided to stay with Ofū, sharing more than twenty years within the barrier. During this time, he supported her and lived alongside her, both of them separated from the real world.

When they finally returned to the present, everyone around Kihee Owner had lost their memories of him. He gave up his samurai status and, together with Ofū, became the owner of the Kihee soba shop.

The reason Kihee Owner found himself lost in this realm was due to the location of the Miura family's house. Their house stood on the exact spot where Ofū's home once had been. This coincidence unintentionally connected their house to the Dream Sanctuary, drawing Kihee Owner inside.

After helping Ofū heal her heart and returning to modern times, Kihee Owner found himself aged and no longer able to return to his previous life. Choosing not to go back home, he quietly disappeared from sight.
