The Wakagashira of the Osaka Yamasen-kai is a man who does not hesitate to use any means necessary to achieve his goals. During the Ryuou Title Match, in order to acquire the “Hatori List,” he ordered his right-hand man Aoki to torture Hatakeyama, ultimately causing Hatakeyama’s death. As a result, he lost his two closest subordinates and suffered losses exceeding 40 billion yen. In addition, enraged by a deficit barely short of just 100 yen, he cut off his own right pinky finger and sent it to the Sakurawa-kai as a message of his intent to seek revenge.
When he was invited to the Survival Mahjong Tournament organized by Noriyuki Takatsu, all of the assassins had already been eliminated, and Takatsu summoned him again. However, after being persuaded by his subordinates and Ai, he ultimately decided to decline participation in the tournament.
