Mira is the malevolent and cunning Evil Lieutenant, serving as the right-hand man and strategic mastermind of the Evil King's organization, operating from the Evil Empire to conquer Earth. Though male, he is initially depicted as a fearsome embodiment of evil, known for his ruthless efficiency and cold demeanor.

Born into an elite family and groomed for a life of villainy, Mira embodies pure evil. He is feared for his ruthlessness, having mercilessly devastated countless nations and objects.

Initially, he was known for being cruel, cunning, cool-headed, and utterly merciless, serving as the organization's military officer and true brain.

Within the Evil Empire, Mira is tasked with leading the ground invasion and the crucial mission of subjugating Magical Girls. He commands forces that descend from their empire to the surface world.

Mira's cold-hearted demeanor dramatically shifted after he unexpectedly fell in love at first sight with Byakuya Mimori, one of the Magical Girls he is sworn to defeat. This newfound infatuation makes him easily flustered and awkward around her, earning him the nickname "Mundere Evil Lieutenant."

Despite their adversarial roles, he finds himself constantly swayed by Byakuya's words and actions, often forgetting his true nature as an agent of evil. There are even whispers within the organization about his obsession with Magical Girls, which he tries to hide to maintain his authority and credibility.

Whenever Mira meets Byakuya, he always brings her gifts of sweets, rationalizing it as a way to treat her as an equal enemy, but secretly hoping to bring her joy. He carries a black card, ready to spare no expense for presents or to aid her if she ever finds herself in trouble.

His deep feelings for Byakuya often lead him to forget his identity as a minion of evil and his ultimate mission. He frequently warns Byakuya about being defenseless and reminds her they are enemies, though these words are often meant as much for himself as for her, reflecting his inner turmoil.

Mira sports slightly bluish-black hair with long bangs that often obscure his eyes, and he has striking blue eyes. He is always seen wearing glasses.

Amusingly, these glasses frequently crack or break due to his intense joy or surprise, particularly when Byakuya is involved, which is why he always keeps a large supply of spares.
