Character Setting

Edit

Effector T Cell is a character from the manga and anime series "Cells at Work!" He starts as a timid Naive T Cell and later grows into a powerful Effector T Cell. Effector T Cell is part of the Killer T Cell team, working under the Squad Leader. His story in the series focuses on his transformation and bravery as he faces the Influenza Virus, giving him a unique journey from fear to strength and back again. He is notable for his energetic appearance and his strong desire to protect the body with his teammates. Effector T Cell's development is inspiring and his role is essential in defending against pathogens.

Effector T Cell starts as Naive T Cell, looking small and with his bangs popping up.

When activated, he becomes much bigger, muscular, and looks more confident.

At first, he wears a hat that says "NAIVE," but when he returns later, his hat says "EFFECT."

He is timid and scared at first, running away from battle.

Effector T Cell looks up to his leader and teammates.

After learning about their pasts and seeing embarrassing pictures shown by Dendritic Cell, he gains courage.

He becomes brave and determined to protect others.

Effector T Cell is one of the lymphocyte immune cells called Killer T Cells.

He serves under the Squad Leader and is originally a Naive T Cell.

He transforms after receiving a push from Dendritic Cell.

Effector T Cell can multiply, making copies of himself to fight off pathogens.

His main job is to attack and destroy infected cells, especially those with viruses like Influenza Virus.

When fully activated, he is much stronger and scarier than before.

Effector T Cell respects the Squad Leader, as well as his fellow Killer T Cells.

He is friendly and works closely with other cells like Neutrophil and Macrophage.

Dendritic Cell plays a key role in motivating him to grow.

First Battle with the Influenza Virus

Naive T Cell is first seen running away from the fight with the Influenza Virus.

He feels scared and doesn't believe in himself.

Meeting the Dendritic Cell

He meets Dendritic Cell, who tries to encourage him.

Dendritic Cell shows him embarrassing photos of the Squad Leader to inspire him.

Naive T Cell learns that even his strong teammates were once weak.

Transformation into Effector T Cell

With new confidence, he activates and transforms into Effector T Cell.

He grows stronger, bigger, and looks much more energetic, even with his hair sticking up.

He can now split into many copies of himself.

Fighting and Winning

Effector T Cell joins the Squad Leader, fellow Killer T Cells, Neutrophil, and Macrophage.

Together, they defeat the Influenza B Virus and restore peace in the body.

Facing the New Threat

After winning, a new virus-infected cell appears, which turns out to be the Influenza A Virus.

Effector T Cell tries to attack, but this virus is too strong and knocks him back.

He changes back into his timid Naive T Cell form.

Later Appearances

Despite losing his confidence, Effector T Cell appears again in his strong form afterward.

His comeback is marked by a hat change, from "NAIVE" to "EFFECT," showing his growth and courage.

After transforming, Effector T Cell becomes even bigger than the Squad Leader, which surprises everyone.

His character shows how someone can become strong with the right support from friends.

He is a great example of growing braver over time.
