Ikumi Unagiya

Ikumi Unagiya, the young female manager of the odd-jobs shop "Unagiya" where Ichigo works. She refers to herself as "I". Although tomboyish, she has a caring personality. It's unclear if she has trained in martial arts, but she possesses the strength to subdue delinquents and even Ichigo (when he loses his spiritual powers). In front of her son, she acts as a kind mother. While she harshly deals with Ichigo when he slacks off at work, she is also a nice person who encourages him to rely on her when he is troubled.
