Uryuu

He is one of the core members of the Hunters and serves as a leader second in strength only to Horobi, primarily commanding the mobile units. He has distinctive light blue hair and a small build. Uryuu refers to Biba Amatori as "chief," has relinquished his own autonomy, and chooses to entrust everything to Biba.

In the final episode, following Biba's order to “let the subordinates live,” Uryuu leads the remaining Hunters to the Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress. There, he seeks help from Ayame Yomogawa, and in exchange, provides her with an escape route out of Kongokaku. Uryuu shows disdain for Watanuki, who has had his arm severed by the crew of the Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress, and in another scene, his expression changes slightly when he is slapped in the face by a young girl who lost her brother to the Hunters. These moments reveal glimpses of a more human side to his character.
