Abirama Redder is an Arrancar and is No. 22 in the army of Hollows. He works for Baraggan Louisenbairn as one of his subordinates and is often called "Abirama" by his boss. He has the look of a tribal warrior and acts very tough and loud. He loves exciting battles and wants his enemies to show the same passion in fights. Abirama has a mask on his head that looks like a bird's skull and has red marks on his face and body. He fights against Izuru Kira in Karakura Town but loses after his wings are made too heavy by Kira's sword, Wabisuke. Despite his strong appearance, Abirama is defeated after a tough fight.

Abirama launches a lot of feathers at once, and his feathers grow back quickly so he never runs out.

He stabs his own chest pattern to grow four wings, and his mask also changes a bit.
Fight in Karakura Town
When Abirama and other arrancars attack the real world, he is sent to fight Izuru Kira who is guarding a spiritual pillar.
Abirama tells Kira to scream with him before the fight, but Kira refuses and calls it a “shouting game.”
After Abirama transforms into his released form, he flies fast and tries to hit Kira from the air.
Kira uses his sword Wabisuke to make Abirama's wings very heavy, causing Abirama to fall.
Kira then cuts off Abirama's head for the finishing blow.
Anime Version
In the anime, after falling, Abirama tries to attack Kira one last time.
Kira dodges and uses his sword again to make Abirama's wings even heavier.
The fight ends the same way as the manga.

Baraggan calls him “Abirama.”
Abirama always shouts out loud to pump himself up before fights.
He asks others to do the same, but nobody else really likes it.
