Lycian is an Elf and was one of the slaves Luciel recovered from the Illumasian slaver in Yenice.
At some point she was enslaved and ended up with the Slaver that sold Luciel: Lionel, Ketty, Nalia, Dhoran and Pola. She was not bought by Luciel but recovered after the slaver ran from the city leaving all his slaves behind. After Luciel healed her from her injuries she begged him to enter into his services and she become a slave with Luciel as her Master.
The slaver advertised elves for five platinum pieces at some point which could include Lycian.
She is very good at magical artificing and competes with Pola in this department.
